The technical certification program from WingateWeb gives event planners the skills they need to leverage the most comprehensive event management software without struggling with technical problems of usability. This certification program ensures that event planners are thoroughly trained on appropriate aspects of WingateWeb’s software to ensure successful event organization, execution and measurement—regardless of event magnitude or complexity.
Basic skills in working with user records, administrative registration functions, and managing registration codes and groups (Completed a program with WGW previously or 4 hours formal training).
Advanced skills in registration code designs, registration path setup, pricing discount structures, hotel and content access based on codes (Completed Reg I + 8 hours of training + pass real world test).
Basic skills in working with session records, managing participants, content tasks, managing presentation files, and voting (Completed a program with WGW or 4 hours of formal training).
Advanced skills in Call for Papers set up, addition of custom fields, committee voting, Speaker Resource Center setup with participant and session tasks, approval tracks for session details and documents, Session Access Control planning and management, 1 on 1 meeting setup and management and reporting (Has completed Content I + 8 hours of training + pass 'real world' test).
Skills in exhibit sales management, task management, exhibit floor map usage, managing participants and reporting (Completed a program with WGW previously or 4 hours of formal training).
Advanced skills in the setup of exhibit sales, custom field additions, workflow structure for tasks, booth map layout and reporting (Has completed Exhibitor I + 8 hours of training + pass real world test).
Advanced certification to manage all aspects of the applications including email, security roles, data imports/exports, reporting and business rules management (Has completed Reg II, Content II and Exhibit II + 16 hours of formal training + completed a program successfully). Conference System Administrator is eligible to become a trainer.
Skills in the creation and modification of CSS files to re-brand the Conference applications. (Must pass a real-world test)
Skills in the setup of individual events including, registration paths, pricing, groups, hotels and reporting.
Skills in the management and setup of an overall event program including event families, types, inventories, calendar items, reporting, badge printing, CRM data management.
Skills in supporting a customer's management needs for their partner program exhibit & sponsorship sales.
Skills in managing the branding and setup of the look for individual events within EC using CSS files and templates.
