How long have you been with WingateWeb?

As a Business Analyst, what do you do?
I work with my team on a daily basis to find solutions to client requests. At the same time these brainstorms are also directed to improve our product. Much of my efforts are directed toward training my team, and clients on our product. All the while, I’m keeping budgets in mind and directing our clients to use our product and handle their processes in efficient ways.

What prior experience did you have before joining WingateWeb?
My first job out of college was Software/DB developer and project lead.

What sort of experience is most useful in your position?
Having a level software development background or at least familiar with some coding languages. The experience in the client/vendor relationship taking a project from design to implementation.

What is your educational background?
BA in Information Systems

What do you like most about what you do at WingateWeb?
I enjoy the freedom we have to get our clients what they need as our individual teams see fit. Brainstorming and creatively finding solutions to clients' technical challenges and requests keeps things lively and the brain sharp. My days always fly by.

What is most rewarding about your job?
With our project life cycles being so short, it's fulfilling to quickly see the the the final product come to life and be used by thousands of people.

What is your team like?
Everyone on my team is down to earth which is refreshing. Amid a lot of joking around everyone gets on task when it's time to get the work done.

What is traveling for WingateWeb like?
We see a lot of places. When we are working an event the atmosphere is big and high-action. We are heavily depended on onsite to make the client's event run well.

What do you like about living/working in Utah?
I love fishing and anything outdoors. Utah is clean and growing.

What are your hobbies?
More fishing. I also love renovating houses, playing sports, and watching movies.
