Thomas Karren - Chief Executive OfficerTom Karren founded WingateWeb in 1998 by creating software technology to improve the event experience for attendees and event planners. Since that time, Tom has kept WingateWeb at forefront of innovation and has become a recognized thought leader in the industry. Under Tom's leadership, WingateWeb has experienced eight consecutive years of revenue growth. Prior to WingateWeb, Tom was a member of the engineering team that created the online banking solution for Home Financial Network. Tom also worked as a software engineer for Novell, Inc. While at Novell, Tom was a member of the development team that created the highly successful ZENworks product line. Tom holds a bachelors degree in Computer Science from Brigham Young University. |

Doug Baird - Chief Technology OfficerDoug Baird oversees the technology direction for WingateWeb and is responsible for future product strategy. Doug's technology solutions have been widely adopted by event planners. His expertise in applying technology to business process has resulted in dramatic efficiency gains and increased customer loyalty at events. Doug's vision has created highly flexible products with deep feature sets. Doug is a founding partner of WingateWeb. He previously worked at Epixtech as technical writer, trainer, and training designer on the product development teams. Doug earned a bachelors degree in engineering and an MBA, both from Brigham Young University. |

Ty Allen - Executive VP, Business DevelopmentTy Allen is a founding partner of WingateWeb and leads the company's sales and business development efforts. Previously employed by Novell, WordPerfect, and Software Development Corporation, Ty possesses a deep understanding of the strategic role of technology in business. He provides each client with a tailored combination of WingateWeb's hosted software, on-site software, and professional services. Under Ty's leadership, WingateWeb has added many Fortune 500 clients. Ty shows clients how WingateWeb technology can make their events stand out and achieve higher return on investment. Ty holds an engineering degree from Brigham Young University. |

Eric Johnson - Chief Financial OfficerEric Johnson is responsible for all WingateWeb financial activities, including controller functions, corporate planning, tax, treasury operations, and risk management. Prior to WingateWeb, Eric served as Director of Finance for Omniture, reporting directly to the CEO. During Eric’s tenure at Omniture, company revenues increased from $3 million to over $48 million annually. Prior to Omniture, Eric worked as a Senior Auditor for Deloitte & Touche in Silicon Valley. In this role, Eric helped to prepare financial statements for many high-tech companies. Eric is a licensed CPA. He earned a bachelors degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University. |

Steven Sheffield - VP, Client ServicesSteve Sheffield is responsible for leading successful event execution for WingateWeb clients. Steve drives WingateWeb’s engagement methodology, which defines the process and technology to empower event managers, and provide conference attendees with an enriched experience. Previously, Steve has worked as an account director and business analyst at WingateWeb, helping WingateWeb clients to achieve maximum value from WingateWeb technology. Steve has a broad background in the IT industry, having worked in several marketing and technical roles at Novell and at Intel Corporation. Steve earned an MBA from Colorado State University. |

Phil Graham - VP, SalesPhil Graham oversees all direct and channel new business sales efforts at WingateWeb. Prior to WingateWeb, Phil held a number of leadership roles with several successful technology companies. As director of partner sales at LANDesk Software, Graham oversaw ISV partner revenue generation through the licensing of LANDesk technologies. Prior to LANDesk, Graham worked for The SCO Group as director of western region sales with responsibility for driving UNIX and Linux operating system sales. He also worked for Corel Corporation managing their western region corporate and government sales team. Phil received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from Brigham Young University. |

Jason Hale - VP, EngineeringJason Hale joined WingateWeb in 1999 and has played a key role in the creation of WingateWeb technologies. Jason has driven the architecture that enables all WingateWeb modules to leverage a single database. This has helped WingateWeb customers to benefit from powerful reporting and analytics across all aspects of their events. Jason currently leads the engineering team for WingateWeb's Conference offering. Prior to WingateWeb, Jason worked for Eurodite as a Software Consultant and at Intel as a Software Engineer. Jason Mitchell - VP, Marketing and Product ManagementJason Mitchell has extensive experience in both software product marketing and product management. His goal is to ensure that the right product is brought to market that is both cutting-edge and practical. He also manages all product marketing activities. Prior to this role, Jason worked as the Director of Product Management for Infusion Software where he lead product team and drove the development pipeline. At FranklinCovey, Jason drove the entire re-design of both the e-commerce and corporate Web presence. Jason has also worked as the Director of Marketing for WingateWeb, as a Product Manager for About.com and as a search engine optimization specialist for Utah.com. Jason holds a BA in Marketing from Brigham Young University. |
