WingateWeb Announces that Founders Repurchase Majority Interest in Company

Salt Lake City, UT - June 19, 2006 - WingateWeb Delaware LLC (“WingateWeb”), the leading provider of event management software, today announced that its founders, Tom Karren, Ty Allen, and Doug Baird, have purchased a majority interest in the company. The transaction enables WingateWeb to run as an independent company following the sale of MLI Holding’s (MLIH) Technology Media Group to CMP in January of 2006.
