WingateWeb Announces New Handheld Wireless Solution for Lead Retrieval

Salt Lake City, UT - September 19, 2006 - WingateWeb, the leading provider of event management software, today announced WingateWeb LeadAdvance™, a new Blackberry-based solution for conference lead retrieval. The new product is specially designed for exhibitors who wish to use secure, handheld wireless technology to conveniently automate lead management from their booth or while working the exhibit floor. The WingateWeb LeadAdvance system utilizes powerful technology from Blackberry, TechNeat and WingateWeb to enable on-site lead retrieval and post-event lead management. The Blackberry automatically and securely synchronizes all lead data to the WingateWeb 4.4 platform over the local cellular network. If the mobile device is used in an area without a cellular signal, the data is securely stored for later syncing.

With WingateWeb LeadAdvance, users can print hard copies of leads from the Blackberry or add detailed notes using the device’s keypad. The data is automatically updated. Exhibitors can log in to the conference website at any point during or after the conference to retrieve leads. WingateWeb LeadAdvance is currently being used at conferences across North America and in Western Europe.
