With OASYS—“Onsite Application System”—Internet outages can't prevent you from registering attendees on-site. OASYS is a proprietary failsafe check-in, gift redemption, and registration support solution combining an attendee database, application server, Web server, and Web application.
With an Internet connection, OASYS retrieves attendees' registration status, gift eligibility and badge data, syncing with the Admin server once a minute to keep both systems up-to-date throughout the registration process. Should the connection between OASYS and the Admin be lost, OASYS continues as usual, queuing up all changed data and syncing as soon as it is able to connect to the Admin. Your attendees continue to check in, making for a smooth process.
