Choose what data displays on a report

You can choose what data displays on a report.

   If the report includes too few or too many columns, you can choose to display different columns.

   If the report includes too many rows, you can create filters so that only the data that you want to view will display.

You can also count the items in a column to display a total at the bottom of a column.
