Counting the items in a column

You can count the total number of items in a column. For example, on an Attendee Registration report, you can count the total number of attendees who have purchased event packages for an event.

To count the total number of items in a column

1.    On the left navigation bar, choose Reports > Manage Reports.

2.    Choose the report you want to modify, or create a new report.

3.    Click the name of the column for which you want to count the total.

4.    Choose Count results of “column name.

5.    Scroll to the bottom of the column.

The total count for the column displays.

Tip

In an attendee report, the email address is the unique identifier for attendees. To count the number of attendees, point to the Attendee Email column and choose Count results of ‘Email’.
