Group rows of data

You can group rows of data together.

   You can group two columns of data at a time.

   The first column you choose is the main group, and the second is considered a sub-group.

To group rows of data

1.    On the left navigation bar, choose Reports > Manage Reports.

2.    Choose the report you want to modify, or create a new report.

3.    Click the name of the column that you want to group.

4.    Choose Group results by “column name.

5.    If you want to create a second grouping, click the name of another column, and choose Set as a Sub-Group to “column name.

Tip

If you later want to remove a grouping, you can repeat these steps to assign the grouping to another column, or choose the Ungroup option.
