Save and view a report as an Adobe Acrobat PDF file

If you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer, you can view a report as a PDF file.

To save and view a report as a PDF file

1.    On the left navigation bar, choose Reports > Manage Reports.

2.    Choose the report you want to save, or create a new report.

3.    Click the PDF icon.

The report displays in a separate window.

4.    Use the options in the window to save the file.

If you are not able to see the file as a PDF, you may need to download and install Adobe Acrobat Reader. For a free download, go to www.adobe.com.
