After you create an Executive Summary report, you can choose to display some of the data as a chart or graph.
• The chart always shows the event name.
• You choose one other column of data to display on the chart.
To view summary data as a chart or graph
1. On the left navigation bar, choose Reports > Manage Reports.
2. Choose the Executive Summary report you want to view, or create a new Executive Summary report.
(For instructions, see Create an executive summary report.)
Note: You can view a graph or chart only for Registration reports.
3. If you want the chart to display only certain events, filter the Event Name column.
(For instructions, see Filter rows to limit the report content.)
4. If you want the chart to display a column that currently does not display in the report preview, add that column.
(For instructions, see Add or remove columns.)
5. Click the name of the column that contains the data you want to show on the graph.
6. Choose Show summary chart/graph, and then choose the chart format:
The Preview Chart dialog displays a sample of the report.
7. If you want to view the chart in a different format, choose a format from the Select view type list:
Tips
• You can move your cursor over an area in the graph to view the count and percentage for that item.
• If you want to view the chart in a different format, choose a format from the Select view type list

You can view the summary data in one of these formats:
• Line chart
• Bar chart
• Pie or Doughnut chart
• 3D Pie or Doughnut chart
• Percent bar chart
• Stacked bar chart
